The Boxer Brief heavy is our classic boxer brief but with waaaaaay more absorption power. We designed this pair for folks with a heavy period … whether you struggle with PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, copper IUD, or just a heavy period, these were made for you!

You might be wondering: what makes these different from the The Boxer Brief? Well, the padding in these goes ___ inches higher in the front and ___ higher in the back, AND the absorption goes down the inside of the legs to make sure you’re safe from leaks.

Okay, now that we’ve chatted about the absorption, you might be worried these will look bulky or feel uncomfy. We made sure to take the same comfort consideration with these as our other boxers. They still feature our soft and stretchy waistband and ultra buttery recycled nylon fabric!When they are on, they look and feel like your favorite pair of underwear.

how is it different from the regular boxer brief?

the boxer brief heavy features a pad that goes up ___ inches higher in the front and ____ higher in the back and the extends down the legs. It is made to hold heavy flow where teh regular boxer brief is for light to moderate flow and a backup on heavy days!

why pre-order? 

As a small brand, we want to make sure we are creating products that our community actually wants while respecting our planet. Pre-order helps us gauge exactly  how many folks actually want these so we can make sure we order just what we need and don’t over produce! 

when can I expect my order? 

Pre-orders ship approximately late Aug/early Sept. We are making this first run to order to avoid overproduction ~ thanks for being part of how we do this sustainably and intentionally.

design

We talked to 250+ people with periods before designing our underwear. These folks had heavy flows, light flows, endo, PCOS, gender dysphoria, cramping, and everything in between. Based on these conversations and surveys, here's what we did:

  • Made an ultra stretchy waistband so you don't feel restricted while bloating
  • Full length boxer to allow for gender inclusion
  • Floating gusset so you can wrap a pad inside the underwear in case of emergency or preference
  • Ultra thin pad, so they feel just like your favorite pair of underwear

Best Underwear, Period (No Pun Intended)

LEGITIMATELY the most comfortable thing I've ever worn. They're lightweight, soft, breathable, they do NOT roll up on my thighs. You genuinely can't even feel that you're wearing them. They're absorbent, don't smell, and easy to wash and wear. I'm trans masculine and they're gender affirming and comfy and just so incredible. Would it be weird to wear them all the time????
